1. Reservations

All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by Hotel Mohi Raj.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Payment

Room charges and applicable taxes must be paid as per the booking terms.
Hotel Mohi Raj accepts payments through approved online payment methods, UPI, bank transfer, and other accepted modes.
Any outstanding dues must be cleared before check-out.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
Promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable and non-modifiable.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout their stay.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or request a guest to vacate the premises if they:

Cause damage to hotel property.
Disturb other guests or staff.
Engage in illegal or inappropriate activities.
Violate any hotel policies or applicable laws.

Any damage caused to hotel property by a guest will be charged to the guest.

6. Strict No Smoking Policy

Hotel Mohi Raj maintains a strict no-smoking policy within all guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, banquet areas, and indoor public spaces.

Smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises.
Guests found violating this policy may be liable for cleaning charges, penalties, or immediate termination of their stay without refund.

7. Strict No Alcohol Policy

To ensure a safe, family-friendly, and comfortable environment for all guests:

Consumption, possession, storage, or distribution of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited within the premises of Hotel Mohi Raj.
Guests under the influence of alcohol who create disturbances or violate hotel policies may be denied accommodation or asked to leave without refund.
